*Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned. Points can only be redeemed at the resort during checkout.

These terms and conditions explain the rules and benefits of the BARK BUCKS® Loyalty Program that has been established by Barkefellers® (“We”, or “Us”) for its customers (“Members” or “You”).

Membership.

Membership in the BARK BUCKS® Loyalty Program is free and all customers of Barkefellers® are automatically enrolled as Members in the Program. There is no separate registration or log in because our customers are enrolled through their Barkefellers® accounts. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information in your Barkefellers® account.

In General.

BARK BUCKS® are rewards based upon total Member spending at any of our locations, including amounts you spend to pay for boarding stays, day care stays, grooming, training, other services, and retail products we sell, and to purchase gift cards or gift certificates. However, BARK BUCKS® do not accrue for taxes, gratuities, shipping or via discounts or promotions or for the redemption of any gift cards or gift certificates. Any references to “dollars spent” or “dollar spend” do not include taxes, gratuities, shipping, coupons or the redemption of gift cards and gift certificates.

BARK BUCKS® will be added to your account only after completion and payment of the service or upon the purchase of gift certificates, gift cards or retail products. As examples: if your pet stays with us for 3 nights and you pay in full when you pick up your pet, then the BARK BUCKS® will be added after the stay is completed and payment in full has been made and if you buy a gift card, BARK BUCKS® will be added upon purchase. If, for any reason, a payment is refunded, those amounts (spend toward status and points associated) will be removed from your BARK BUCKS® account. BARK BUCKS® have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, sellable or redeemable for cash.

Barkefellers® may email Members with BARK BUCKS® reward notifications, transactional information, and promotional information. Members consent to these notices as part of their Barkefellers® Accounts. You may opt out of these emails message at any time by contacting us (reservations@Barkefellers.com). The BARK BUCKS® Loyalty Program is continuous, and no subsequent registration is required but you are responsible to keep your contact information current.

BARK BUCKS® Accrual and Redemption.

BARK BUCKS® points accrue based upon actual dollars spent. No accrual occurs for taxes, gratuities, the redemption of gift cards or gift certificates. You are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes.

If a Member’s account is inactive for 365 days, any accumulated BARK BUCKS® points will be reduced to zero. Once BARK BUCKS® points are forfeited, they cannot be reinstated but a Member can earn new BARK BUCKS® for account activity after that date. An account will be deemed inactive if the dollars spent are less than $50 during such 365-day period.

If you believe that your BARK BUCKS® account is inaccurate, you should contact reservations@Barkefellers.com as soon as possible. Requests to review your activity must be received with 90 days of the occurrence in question. Failure to supply adequate information and notice may result in a denial of a BARK BUCKS® credit.

BARK BUCKS® may be used toward designated services we provide at our Barkefellers® locations. These services include boarding and daycare stays, grooming, training and other services provided. Our current BARK BUCKS® Program can be found at in the information above these Terms & Conditions. Generally, a BARK BUCKS® point will be based upon dollars spent on 1:1 basis. BARK BUCKS® points can only be used for future purchases and may not be applied against taxes or redeemed in whole or in part for gift cards or gift certificates. BARK BUCKS® will be applied prior to any other discounts.

Modifications and Termination.

Membership and benefits in the BARK BUCKS® Loyalty Program are offered at the discretion of Barkefellers®, and Barkefellers® has the right to terminate the Program or to change the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies, or procedures as well as the benefits of BARK BUCKS®, conditions of participation, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of your BARK BUCKS® points that have already accumulated.

Barkefellers® may, among other things, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any perk, reward or benefit; increase the points, cash required, applicable co-pays or number of points required for any reward or benefit; modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits; add an unlimited number of blackout dates; or limit the number of reward reservations available at any or all locations. Members, in accumulating points, may not rely upon the continued availability of a reward or Status level, and Members may not be able to obtain all offered rewards or use rewards for all locations, suite types, or dates. The rewards structure and point redemption value are subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at our discretion, with or without notice.

In addition, Barkefellers® maintains the right to terminate a Member’s participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including a Member’s failure to follow the rules of the Program or the Pet Parent Agreement, or any abuse of Program privileges, violation of law, rule or regulation, any conduct detrimental to the interests of Barkefellers® or the other Members, fraudulent activity or attempted fraudulent activity, or misrepresentation of any information furnished to Barkefellers®. Any such activity may result in the termination by Barkefellers® of your membership, the loss or cancellation of accrued points, rewards or benefits, or both, or the loss of other BARK BUCKS®. Terminated Members will not be eligible to participate in any aspect of the Program, and Members whose accounts have been terminated may not be eligible to enroll with new accounts.

Barkefellers® may amend its rules of the Program at any time without notice. Points, benefits, discounts, or rewards earned or granted under the Program do not constitute property of the Member and are not transferable, sellable or assignable.

BARK BUCKS® may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon, discount, or special offer; and are void where prohibited by law; provided that you may take advantage of discounts and special offers but the value of such discounts and offers will not accrue BARK BUCKS® points. BARK BUCKS® will be applied prior to any other discounts and special offers and the balance of any service or product will be payable to you at our published rates. Services available for point redemption using BARK BUCKS® are subject to change and the amount of BARK BUCKS® required for redemption can change at any time.

BARK BUCKS® may be redeemed only at Barkefellers®.
